Privacy policy
Data controller
Owner: Lorena Martínez, self-employed sole trader, legally responsible for the management of La Macana. Contact email: eladio@estudiolima.es.
What data we process
This website has no contact or sign-up forms, so it does not collect personal data through the site itself. The contact buttons (WhatsApp, email) open your own messaging or email app directly: any data you share that way (name, phone, dates...) is used only to handle your enquiry or booking, and is not shared with third parties unless legally required.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use its own or third-party cookies for analytics or advertising, nor any audience-measurement services. Fonts are hosted on our own server, with no calls to external servers.
Links to third-party platforms
The site links to Airbnb, Booking.com, Instagram and WhatsApp (Meta). Each of these has its own privacy policy, separate from this site, which we'd recommend reading before sharing any data with them.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and others recognised under the GDPR by writing to eladio@estudiolima.es.
